Alaila Coleman is the Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator at The Alfred Firm. In her role, Alaila coordinates between The Alfred Firm’s Leadership Team, third-party marketing vendors, freelancers, and other stakeholders to enact marketing and outreach initiatives – ensuring all outcomes align with the Firm’s stated objectives. Additionally, Alaila implements strategies that cultivate a memorable experience for The Alfred Firm’s current clients and ensure that the Firm remains connected to former clients.
Alaila earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Texas State University, as a proud first-generation college graduate. During her studies, she built a strong foundation in strategic communication, media relations, and brand development, which she now applies to her work at The Alfred Firm.
While at Texas State, she participated in a study abroad program in Japan, where she focused on multimedia storytelling and journalism; an experience that broadened her perspective on global communication and further refined her creative skill set.
Her professional highlights include coordinating high-impact marketing campaigns, supporting community initiatives, and contributing to multimedia projects. At The Alfred Firm, Alaila is committed to advancing the Firm’s mission to elevate its brand visibility and nurture lasting client relationships. Alaila takes pride in her ability to merge creativity with strategic insight.
Outside of work, Alaila enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones and creating lasting memories with close friends. An avid traveler, she finds inspiration in exploring new cultures, experiencing diverse landscapes, and embracing adventures that broaden her horizons.
