Cheryl Davis is The Alfred Firm’s Talent Acquisition Manager. In this position, Cheryl works alongside The Alfred Firm’s Leadership Team to recruit high performing in furtherance of the Firm’s aggressive growth initiatives.
Cheryl is a results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in strategic recruitment, workforce planning, and talent development across a variety of industries. Throughout her career, Cheryl has exhibited a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, streamline hiring processes, and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Cheryl’s extensive expertise in recruiting is an indispensable driving force behind The Alfred Firm’s strategic growth in the Texas legal market.
Cheryl’s core responsibilities at The Alfred Firm include internal and external stakeholder communication, recruitment strategy development, talent sourcing, and candidate relationship management. Additionally, Cheryl is responsible for launching The Alfred Firm’s law clerk, Summer Associate, and internship programs, which will train future and upcoming professionals with sound fundamentals to equip them for jobs in the ever-changing legal landscape.
A native Houstonian, Cheryl values family above all else and enjoys spending her free time with them. Cheryl is especially excited to welcome her first grandchildren — arriving in Winter 2025 and Spring 2026.
